| Further information | We are a theraputic agency, who exist to give young people and children in care the opportunity to live within a family environment with the addition of regular input from qualified therapists & education consultant. All our carers are offered regular, high quality training to enable them to develop the skills needed assist the young person to recover from trauma or abuse. Theraputic carers will make the child feel safe by understanding the messages the child gives them through his/her behaviour and what this tell them about their thoughts and feelings. Carers, with the help and support of their supervising social worker, and the rest of the team are able to manage challenging behaviour with confidence and insight. We have an excellent Ofsted report and have also been awarded the Investors in People accolade. |
